Integrated Business Software is a comprehensive suite of Windows based software built upon the extensive facilities of Microsoft SQL Server. Its foundation is a complete Multi Currency accounting and stock system incorporating and fully integrating the Nominal, Sales and Purchases Ledger. All these ledgers tightly integrate with the extensive capabilities of the Stock Management module. Subject to adequate hardware and software configurations, the software may be utilised from remote sites utilising VPN connections. The basic accounting facilities have been specifically constructed to allow the continued development of other clearly defined modules and facilities. An example is the Supermarket System, providing Touch Screen and Barcode input facilities that is fully integrated within the accounting and stock control framework. Another is the Hire Purchase module, which calculates interests due on contracts on a daily basis. Furthermore, tailor-made modules can be built to fit the client’s needs.
